Cancellation & refund policy.
SalafiMatch is free to join. Where you do pay, Google Play or the Apple App Store takes the payment - so they are also who you cancel with, and who issues refunds. This page tells you exactly where to go.
What you can buy
SalafiMatch is free to join. Creating a profile, browsing and searching cost nothing. Two things are paid:
- Premium Membership - unlocks unlimited messaging and lets you view full contact details.
- Profile Boosters- optional, one-time purchases that increase your profile’s visibility.
Who processes your payment
We do not take card details directly. Every purchase is processed by the store you downloaded the app from - Google Play on Android, or the Apple App Store on iOS. We receive confirmation of payment status from the store and its payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
This is why refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
How to cancel a Premium Membership
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Android
Google Play
- Open the Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose SalafiMatch.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
iPhone & iPad
Apple App Store
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose SalafiMatch.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Neither does deleting your SalafiMatch account. Cancel through the store first.
How to request a refund
Because the stores take the payment, they also issue refunds, under their own policies:
- Google Play - request at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or through Google Play support.
- Apple - request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Each store applies its own eligibility window and its own rules. We cannot overrule a store’s decision, and we cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process.
Where we can help
Refunds are handled by Google Play and Apple. But if something has clearly gone wrong - a duplicate charge, a Booster that failed to apply, or a renewal you cancelled but were still billed for - write to info@salafimatch.app with your order ID. We will review it and, where the fault is ours, support your refund request with the store or make it right directly.
Boosters
A Profile Booster is consumed as soon as it starts running. Once a Booster has begun displaying your profile, the service has been delivered and it is not refundable - unless it failed to run, in which case please contact us.
If we suspend or close your account
As stated in our Terms of use, we may suspend or terminate an account for violations of our Terms or community standards without notice or refund. This applies to conduct violations - not to ordinary cancellation.
If you delete your account
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel or refund an active subscription. Cancel through Google Play or Apple first, then delete your account. If you delete your account partway through a paid period, that period is not refunded - so cancel first, to make sure you are not billed again.
Price changes
If we change the price of Premium Membership, the new price will not apply to your current billing period. Google Play and Apple will notify you and ask you to confirm before any increased amount is charged.

SalafiMatch is operated by Apexmart Internet Private Limited. This policy is governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the courts of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
